Here are the key facts in brief: 

• My career has been in HRM and management consulting, alternating between in-house and external expert roles. I have specialized in reward management, HR data, and technology. With over 20 years of experience, I embrace modern trends while drawing on my expertise.
• I have worked across various industries, including finance, e-commerce, manufacturing, and retail, and have collaborated internationally across the Baltics, Poland, Germany, Spain, Mexico, and beyond. I enjoy exploring new fields and connecting with diverse professionals.
• I hold a degree in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, which laid a strong foundation for my understanding of strategy and business, and also my work ethics. I have maintained a connection with my alma mater as a thesis supervisor, lecturer, and academic advisor.
• Currently, I am studying at the University of Latvia, Psychology programme, pursuing my passion and interest in the human mind. ​

Thoughts

• I am a curious person who enjoys exploring and trying new things, which is why I am good at implementing new systems and processes, and not so good with maintaining them or performing routine tasks.
• I believe in life-long learning - have been studying through both formal and informal channels throughout my life and have no plans to stop.
• I would also describe myself as an optimist - I believe we have an impact on what happens in our careers, in our lives,  and the organizations we work for.
