A collaboration with the University of Latvia investigating workplace fatigue and its impact on employee performance.
(Aicinām piedalīties organizācijas, kas darbojas Rīgā)
Workplace fatigue affects employees' wellbeing, performance, and productivity, yet it is not always easy to notice or objectively assess. The goal of the FORTIS research project is to understand the impact of physical, mental, and emotional fatigue on office employees, in order to develop practical solutions for a healthier and more effective work environment.
Organizations that take part will receive an individual report on their organization's results, offering insight into employee fatigue levels and the factors that can affect performance. These results can serve as a basis for further employee wellbeing and work environment improvement initiatives.
At the same time, your organization will contribute to a scientific research project that will result in evidence-based recommendations and digital tools for assessing and reducing fatigue in the workplace.

Pētījumā iesaistītās organizācijas saņems individuālu pārskatu par savas organizācijas rezultātiem, kas sniegs ieskatu darbinieku noguruma līmenī un faktoros, kuri var ietekmēt darba sniegumu. Šie rezultāti var kalpot par pamatu turpmākām darbinieku labbūtības un darba vides uzlabošanas iniciatīvām.
Vienlaikus Jūsu organizācija sniegs ieguldījumu zinātniskā pētījumā, kura rezultātā tiks izstrādātas uz pierādījumiem balstītas rekomendācijas un digitāli rīki noguruma novērtēšanai un mazināšanai darba vidē.

What’s involved?Kas nepieciešams?
Participation in the study is simple and organized to disrupt everyday work as little as possible.
- Employees complete a 10-minute online survey.
- Some volunteers take part in brief, non-invasive measurements at the workplace, carried out at the start and end of the workday over three days within one week.
- Employees identified as having an elevated risk of chronic fatigue are offered a voluntary in-depth follow-up examination.
